Hunting Tartan Large Journal
The Hunting Tartan follows the tradition of hunting tartans which reflect the darker shades of green and brown to be seen in the Scottish landscape, as well as the pursuit of activities such as hunting and shooting. The colors of this tartan are green, blue, burgundy, black and light beige.
The Scottish Traditions journal series has been created by Waverley Scotland using tartans designed by Kinloch Anderson, and it celebrates the many unique features of Scotland and its people. History, clans and tartans, the landscape of Scotland – hills, glens, mountains, lochs and rivers guarded by the many castles and strongholds of Scotland, some ancient and ruined, but each one full of history, with a story to tell. They are based on the sett of the Clan Anderson tartan. The name Anderson means son of Andrew and Kinloch means head of the loch.
